CANCELLATION

IF CANCELLATION OCCURS BEFORE 06/06/2002 A $55 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.
IF CANCELLATION OCCURS AFTER 06/06/2002 50% OF THE TOTAL DUE [SECTION I] BECOMES NON REFUNDABLE.
IF CANCELLATION OCCURS AFTER 20/06/2002 100% OF THE TOTAL DUE [SECTION I] BECOMES NON REFUNDABLE.

If an author of a paper in the proceedings deregisters then they will only be refunded HALF their charged fee ( i.e. $160 for IASE members and $195 for non-members).

ICOTS6 Breaking News:

Due to circumstances that are beyond the control of ICOTS 6 IPC, IASE Executive and the ICOTS 6 local organisers, the ICOTS 6 venue has been changed to Cape Town. For further details on the move, click here.

* The local organisers will be helping participants in any problem with changing their travel tickets and accomodations.
